Working from home

Where possible, we facilitate working from home (provided the work permits this). At Conclusion, most colleagues work from home about 50% of the time. This offers benefits such as less travel time, more flexibility in work-life balance, and a lower environmental impact. In addition, we ensure our home offices are healthy and safe. We are happy to contribute to a comfortable chair or desk so you can work comfortably.

Sports contribution

Conclusion encourages sporting activities among colleagues. That's why we contribute up to €25 gross per month to the costs of the gym or sports club. We encourage our colleagues to invest in their vitality and well-being, so everyone feels good and can work with energy, focus and resilience!

Volunteer day

As part of our social commitment, we encourage colleagues to actively contribute to charities or volunteer organizations. You can take one paid workday off per year to volunteer for an organization that appeals to you or your team.

Throughout the year, Conclusion Sport organizes activities you can participate in. From obstacle runs, running competitions, hockey tournaments to boot camps at our locations. For cycling fans we even have our own Tour de Conclusion.

Healthy and tasty food; that's what we love. Our restaurants offer a varied and mostly organic range of lunch dishes for a subsidized price. We also provide fresh fruit in the workplace.

If you spend a lot of time at your desk, what could be better than a relaxing chair massage? At some of our locations, you can book a chair massage to completely loosen up your muscles. Or take part in a walking meeting!

Blue pulse

Mental fitness is essential for a pleasant daily life. That's why we've partnered up with OpenUp. OpenUp offers unlimited access to 1-to-1 online coaching and mindfulness consultations with psychologists, webinars, interviews, health checks and other inspiring information. For yourself and your family!

Healthy working and living, now and in the future. Conclusion recognizes its importance, which is why we pay a lot of attention to vitality. When hear the word vitality, you might think of your physical and mental fitness. But do you ever think about your emotional and social vitality and what gives you fulfilment? All these elements are related to each other. The balance between them is different for everyone. Your first 100 days at Conclusion

What can you expect in your first 100 days? Of course we want you to feel at home quickly, which is why good onboarding at your company and also at the Conclusion ecosystem is important. In any case, this is what you can expect:

Your first day

On your first working day, you will of course be welcomed at the Conclusion company where you will be working. Your home base, where you get to know your direct colleagues and the ins and outs of your company!

Every quarter, we organize Colours of Conclusion. An event where you meet other new colleagues from the Conclusion ecosystem and learn more about Conclusion and the other companies.
