CO2-neutral fleet
Since 1 January 2024, we've been working on achieving a CO2-neutral fleet, so our fleet will be completely fossil-free by 1 January 2028. Since the beginning of 2024, we've only ordered electric lease cars.
Lease bike
Our lease bicycle scheme makes purchasing a good bike very attractive. We try to encourage our colleagues to cycle into work by bike (more often). But you can also lease a delivery or racing bike, for instance. And you can cycle an unlimited number of private kilometres. Our lease bicycle scheme is available to all colleagues, with and without a mobility budget. Fancy cycling to Conclusion?
Public transport
All our colleagues can use public transport for business travel free of charge, even if you have a lease car or mobility budget, for instance. This also includes commuting.
Kilometre allowance
We use a differentiated kilometre allowance. The cleaner you travel, the higher your reward! If you walk or cycle into work, you earn an attractive number of euro cents per kilometre. This reward is even higher than if you use a 100% electric car. And if you come into work with a petrol car, you will still receive a kilometre allowance, but less than with an EV.
