In the ‘Our artists’ blog series, we highlight several colleagues. They are specialists in their work at Conclusion, but also show off their art outside work! This time it's Kim Wauben's turn. She is a front end developer at Conclusion Enablement and makes tailor-made suits for women.
Fashion and creativity are in Kim's blood. From the age of six, she could be found behind the sewing machine. Training to become a fashion designer was a logical step. After graduating, Kim discovered that in the Dutch fashion world she couldn't really express her creativity: ‘That was too much cutting and pasting for me.’ Kim explains how she eventually decided to start making tailored suits for women: ‘Really tailoring clothes, especially for women, has always been an important thing for me. I myself am 1.84 tall. As a woman, try to find something suitable for that.’ Her suits are also characterised by creative designs and colours.

She now runs her company Raw Luxury Taylors as well as working as a front end developer at Conclusion Enablement. ‘She discovered front end development when she was building her own website as an entrepreneur. It is something she can also use her creativity in. Kim likes variety and being busy. So combining a full-time job and her business works well for her: ‘Most clients work during the day themselves. So as a travelling taylor, I can perfectly visit my clients in the evenings and on weekends.’
Our artists
This blog is part of our ‘Our artists’ blog series and ties in with our campaign ‘The art of digital transformation’. In a world where digital developments follow each other at lightning speed, keeping control is an art. Our colleagues understand that art like no other. But even in private they often master a special art!
