Youngclusion: grow your network

  • 18 September 2025

Youngclusion is a community within Conclusion for everyone who is young at heart. Three colleagues who can tell you all about it are Xavier Roosendaal, Guido van der Brugh, and Lisanne Pierik. Together with Marc Kaak, they make up the Youngclusion board. Discover how Youngclusion connects colleagues and supports their growth.

Since 2019, Youngclusion has been connecting colleagues within Conclusion in a fun and informal way. Whether you are just starting your career or already have a little more experience, if you are open to getting to know others, you are very welcome at Youngclusion.

Socializing and informal learning

Lisanne emphasizes that fun is central to Youngclusion: "Forget the standard work-related meetings. Our events are energetic and fun. Whether it's laser tag, drinks or a challenging pub quiz, you get to know your colleagues in a whole new way and learn something from them too. With young professionals among each other, it is also nice to ask each other questions, share ideas, learn from others and discover new opportunities."

Xavier agrees: "Youngclusion is an accessible way to get to know new colleagues and to gain fresh energy in between busy work. Learning while enjoying, that's how it should be!"

“Youngclusion is the place for fun, connections and career development within Conclusion.”
Xavier Roosendaal

Good for your network

Conclusion encourages meetings between colleagues within the 25+ different companies in the ecosystem. Especially if you have not been working at Conclusion for very long, it can be difficult to find your way within the ecosystem. According to Guido, Youngclusion really helps colleagues with this: "It's so cool to meet colleagues from other companies. You never speak to them otherwise. Youngclusion ensures that my network within the ecosystem is secretly growing very fast."
